AGM Notification and Forms

The NZMHA AGM is to be held in Palmerston North on July 1, 2006.  Forms will be distributed with the next issue of Tinytales however they are included here for members convenience.  These forms are also available off the Members/Forms page although these copies are not specific to this years AGM (ie. do not have the dates on them):
